  1. Identify and support organizations that provide transformational change for those they serve.
  2. Create sustainable programs that show promise of making a measurable difference.
  3. Encourage our family to serve their individual passions through this forum. We strive to build a legacy of charitable effectiveness.

A scholarship program for college-bound high school seniors who are experiencing homelessness and demonstrate educational success, as well as a commitment to school attendance. Each academic year, six deserving students are selected.

A unique scholarship for a unique population

Higher education is an essential component for the pathway out of poverty and homelessness. Yet our youth face multiple barriers to entering college. This scholarship works with youth to remove these barriers, and to assist in their efforts to make higher education a reality.

Scholar Accomplishments

Since 2018, the Future Leaders Scholarship Program has been assisting 6-10 students annually in their pursuit of higher education, driven by the goal of breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness. Hand-Up Community Impact is a new type of organization, that secures “hand-up investments” to launch and operate for-profit businesses with a special focus on immigrants and refugees, in Massachusetts.

Every Child Counts is a school for children with unique abilities in a small island community in the Bahamas, Abaco. Their mission is to maximize each challenged child’s ability to become productive, successful and independent.
